Mr. Mongello is a senior partner of the Firm and has been its Managing Partner since 1981. He engages in all practice areas of the firm, with a concentration on personal injury and worker's compensation. A member of the Firm since its inception, Mr. Mongello has over twenty four years' experience advising the Firm's clients in a full spectrum of legal matters involving heavy litigation practice, personal injury litigation, contract litigation, criminal law, prosecution of civil criminal complaints in the municipal court in many counties of this State, and defense of various traffic violations. His specialties include real estate, matrimonial, family law, Social Security, Workers' Compensation, adoptions, guardianships, collections, bankruptcy, wills, estate planning and administration.

Mr. Scialabba became a partner in the firm in October, 1996. He graduated St. John's Law School in Queens, NY in 1987. He served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Jared Honigfeld and B. Thomas Leahey of the Superior Court of New Jersey Essex County after graduation.

Mr. Scialabba's areas of expertise include personal injury, criminal law and municipal court practice, real estate, matrimonial and worker's compensation. He was named to Marquis' Who's Who in American Law. He is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association and sits on the Municipal Court subcommittee. He has recently been appointed to the Municipal Court Practice Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and sits as an Arbitrator in Middlesex County.

Louis A. Mongello was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1994 after graduating from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Mongello attended Villanova University as an undergraduate and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Criminal Justice minor.

After graduating law school, Mr. Mongello served a one year clerkship with the Honorable Carol A. Ferentz, Presiding Judge of the Essex County Civil Division - the second largest division in the world. Mr. Mongello is also a member of the American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Union County Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association, the Union County Bar Association and the Computer Law Association.
